i am a....

cookie monster!
Aaron and I kind of joke about this, but really it's true.
I can eat cookies like they're popcorn!

So last night Krystle and I had plans to go to IKEA. She said she had to make a little stop somewhere. I asked her where and she told me she wanted to stop at this cookie place she heard about called Over The Top Cookies in South Jordan. She said it kind of hesitantly...like I wouldn't be okay with getting COOKIES?!

Anyways, we went there and it was pretty incredible. I won't go into too much detail, but it was really good and I told Aaron we're def going there this weekend (hopefully, maybe, we'll see...).

My review of some other cookie places I've been to:
Paradise Cafe
[my fave place recently]
[oatmeal raisin!!!]
Smart Cookie
[not that good...whenever i went the cookies were always hard]
Hogi Yogi
[you can taste the butter and sugar for sure...SO GOOD!]
The Sweet Tooth Fairy
[i don't know about their cupcakes, but their cookies were not that impressive]
Over the Top Cookies

Krystle says I have to try Ben's Cookies in SLC.
I looked at their website today and Krystle--I'm down!
Anyone else know of any other places with good cookies???

P.S. I can't believe I just did a whole post about cookies.
I guess I just love them THAT much.

  1. How about Subway's double chocolate chip cookies? Nothing fancy, but they are pretty good!

  2. I have never eaten cookies at any of those places, but they all sound good.

  3. Ok, sorry Whit, but I am the cookie monster. Adrienne has been calling me that since high school. Mainly because in high school I would eat 5 chocolate chip cookies for breakfast every morning. Yes, I just admitted that, and yes my mom is the best ever for providing me with all these cookies. Well, we both know my mom needs to start a cookie blog.

Anyway, I will have to agree with Abby, I can't believe you left out Subway cookies. Those are my 2nd fave, but no one comes even close to Ben's Cookies at the Gateway!

Wow this comment is so long, maybe I should have just done my own post on cookies.

P.S. I know you don't eat chocolate, but Albertson's new Fudge Brownie Cookies are almost up there with Subway!
