organic. premium. grass-fed. beef.

don't you ever just want a big juicy burger??? i got in one of those moods this past weekend and for one reason or another had to wait until monday night to get my fix. but it was worth the wait especially since i got to use ina garten's recipe that calls for grass-fed premium beef. (i swear it makes a difference/tastes so much better, but any beef will work great with that recipe) they are sooooo delicious and i use this recipe every time i make hamburgers. i love the english muffin idea as the bun, and i don't think there's anything better than caramelized onions. YUM.
(p.s. that's muenster cheese and we used sourdough english muffins. they were seriously perfect.)
