the desert sun.

I have a feeling this is way too many photos for one blog post, but I didn't want to leave any out because I love looking back on posts like these and remembering all the fun stuff I/we did [i.e. lots of thrifting/antique shopping, sitting poolside in the desert sun, picking up Aaron on his lunch breaks, walking in downtown palm springs in the middle of a hot and sunny afternoon, thoroughly enjoying the 1970's vibe of this charming place, and developing a strange fascination with the effects of sunlight in a photograph....to name a few.]

Palm Springs will always have a special place in my heart since this was where we went on our honeymoon almost 3 years ago. [I can't believe it's been that long!] We've been back a few times since then and every time I fall in love with this little place all over again. It was hot as heck while we were there, but I really didn't mind it too much.... Although I will admit--stepping out of our car when we got home into some beautiful coastal California weather was pretty glorious. :)

  4. Hey Whitney! Just to answer your question - the reason my skin improved was because I think I have a gluten intolerance. My skin was looking pretty bad a few months ago, so I researched what the cause might be. It definitely does not apply to all people, I don't want to give that impression. :) But I also think that eating less processed foods (for me, bread and crackers) helped at the same time. Let me know if you have any more Qs! :)
