taco love.

Great news! Emma from Emmadime asked me to be a new contributor on her blog (!!), and my first post is up today! Check out our new SIMPLY WHOLESOME series HERE. Mexican food has really become my comfort food since living down here in southern California. If you are ever looking for Aaron and me on a weekend night (or any night!), you can most likely find us at a Mexican restaurant....fighting over sharing a basket of chips & salsa, Aaron with some green sauce enchiladas, and me with a taco or two. We just love it. The black bean veggie tacos were so delicious, and I had soo much fun making them, partly due to the fact that I got to use fresh cilantro....I swear nothing smells better than fresh cilantro.
