PEANUT BUTTER & HONEY GRANOLA
2 cups whole rolled oats
3/4 cup almond meal
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup of your best honey
1/4 cup [fresh/all natural] peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
*mix together dry ingredients, then add wet and mix together. spread out on parchment paper on a baking sheet. bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes (it will get golden brown around the edges). let cool completely, until the granola has set. makes 4-5 servings.
**serving suggestion: in milk, with sliced banana, and an extra drizzle of honey just because.
