lucky number seven.

Took these photos of Wyatt yesterday (Tuesday), which was his 7-week mark. Time is passing so quickly, and the only solution I've come up with is to be that mom who takes too many photos so I can remember this time always. Life is so good right now. I know there are exciting things ahead (first steps, first giggles, first words), but 7-week Wyatt is pretty spectacular.

He's turned back into an awesome napper (it was a little dicey there for a week or two...), his smiles make me feel like the luckiest girl on the planet, he still eats every 3 hours round the clock, his cheeks are soft & juicy and obviously an absolute dream, I'm obsessed with his "reddish" hair & the little look he always gives with his furrowed brow, I love to kiss his nose and his neck and he prefers to be held upright over your shoulder. Everyone comments on how alert he is, and I love when he looks right at me with his beautiful navy blue eyes. I am crushing pretty hard on this little boy of mine.

Stay 7 weeks forever, Wyatt?
Love,
Mom

  1. I think being that mom with the camera trying to suck up every moment of our little ones sheer amazingness is the only way to be!

  10. My hair is of the "reddish" variety, and my husband is auburn. I absolutely love seeing such a cute little with milky skin and tufts of copper! Our future kiddos will be much of the same.
